The Opportunity
We’re urgently looking for Disability Community Support Workers living in the South West area (Glen Alpine, Ambarvale, Claymore & Casula). In this rewarding role, you’ll support elderly clients to live safely and independently in their own homes—while staying connected to their community.

Experience & Skills Required

- High-care experienced
- Manual handling experienced
- Hoist trained and experienced
- Bowel care & Catheter care experienced
- Colostomy care, PEG feeding
- Personal care experienced

What You’ll Be Doing

- Providing social support, companionship, and meaningful engagement
- Assisting with transport, shopping, appointments, and outings
- Delivering personal care with dignity, respect, and compassion
- Supporting with domestic tasks and household duties
- Assisting with meal preparation
- Providing medication prompting and assistance
- Helping maintain a protected, comfortable, and welcoming home environment

What You’ll Get

- Ongoing support from experienced mentors and team leaders
- Paid induction and continuous training
- Regular weekday roster (Monday to Friday)




- Minimum 3-4 days availability required
- Morning & Afternoon shifts
- Weekends shifts & Night shifts

What We’re Looking For

- Aside from being able to work on morning & afternoon shifts we are also looking for someone that is also willing and can work on NIGHT SHIFTS
- Caring, empathetic, and reliable individual
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, Community (or studying Nursing – highly regarded)
- Disability/Aged Care experience
- Driver’s licence + reliable insured vehicle (essential)
- Current checks (or willingness to obtain): First Aid/CPR, Police Check, NDIS, WWCC
