Yo-Bar is an Australian frozen yoghurt retailer offering a wide selection of frozen yoghurt flavours, including açaí, classic favourites and seasonal varieties. Customers can choose from a range of flavours to create their preferred frozen yoghurt experience.

Yo-Bar is currently seeking an experienced Retail Manager for a permanent full-time position in Cheltenham, VIC.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day retail operations, supervising staff, managing stock and maintaining high standards of customer service, product presentation and store organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
- Supervising, training and coordinating staff to ensure efficient customer service.
- Preparing staff rosters and allocating daily duties according to operational requirements.
- Monitoring stock levels and coordinating the ordering, receiving and storage of products and supplies.
- Maintaining product displays, store presentation and merchandising standards.
- Monitoring sales performance, stock movements and operational costs.
- Ensuring high standards of customer service and responding to customer enquiries and feedback.




- Coordinating staff activities to maintain efficient service and customer flow.
- Maintaining accurate sales, stock and operational records.
- Implementing store procedures and maintaining consistent operational standards.
- Ensuring cleanliness and organisation throughout the premises.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.

About You
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, staff supervision and team coordination skills.
- Experience in retail operations, stock control and customer service.
- Good understanding of product presentation and merchandising standards.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to monitor sales performance and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Robust attention to detail and a professional approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy customer-facing retail environment.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements.
