An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager / Team Leader to join a reputable and growing real estate business in Sydney's Lower North Shore, conveniently located in the Chatswood area.
This is a predominantly office-based role offering excellent administrative and out-of-office support, allowing you to focus on managing your own small portfolio while providing leadership and guidance to the wider Property Management team.
The Role
- Manage your own small residential property portfolio
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, maintenance and arrears
- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to Property Managers
- Assist with escalated matters and complex tenancy issues
- Support team performance, processes and department operations
- Work closely with senior management to maintain high service standards
About You
- Proven experience in residential Property Management
- Previous senior or team leadership experience highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confidence mentoring staff and resolving complex matters
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
