Opportunity
A growing Dentist role has opened up in Perth's inner north, in a general practice with a robust focus on clear aligners, implants and cosmetic dentistry alongside everyday care.
The earning potential here comes from genuine demand rather than a fixed roster. You'll start at 2 to 3 days a week and build from there as your caseload grows, with a spare surgery already available so there's no pressure to slot into an overcrowded book. Because there's no dedicated hygienist on site, preventive and hygiene style appointments stay with the treating dentist, adding to your own patient flow rather than being handed off elsewhere.
The practice owner is stepping back from five days to three or three and a half, creating real, ongoing opportunity for the right person to take on more days over time.
About You
You are a Dentist with an excellent work ethic and a genuine team first attitude.
You're humble, loyal, caring and respectful, someone who builds trust quickly with patients and colleagues alike, and who is comfortable growing a caseload rather than walking into one that's already full.
General dentistry experience across everyday and restorative care is required. Experience with clear aligners or implant dentistry is viewed favourably given the practice's focus, though it isn't essential.
Location
The practice sits in Perth's inner north, a short drive or bus ride from the CBD, with train services nearby at Leederville and easy parking around the practice for those who drive in.
It's a straightforward commute either way, close enough to the city for a quick trip in, without the traffic or parking pressure of a CBD clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a growing caseload across general, cosmetic, aligner and implant dentistry
- Take on preventive and hygiene style appointments as part of your own patient list
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans with confidence and autonomy
- Work collaboratively with the existing dental and support team
- Maintain high clinical, ethical and professional standards
