H People is recruiting Production Operators for an established steel manufacturer in Eagle Farm. The business makes steel doors and building components for commercial projects nationally. It's a busy, well-run site with steady work, and it values people who turn up and do the job properly.

The role
You'll join the production team turning steel coil and sheet into finished product. Day to day this includes:

- Running sheet metal machinery, which may include roll formers, guillotines, press brakes and folders
- Assembling and finishing steel doors and components
- Measuring and checking your work against specifications
- Moving, loading and unloading materials and finished product
- Keeping your work area clean, protected and organised




- Following site safety procedures and wearing PPE at all times

What you'll bring

- Reliability. You're on time, you turn up every shift and you want long-term work. This one is non-negotiable.
- Experience in manufacturing or another industrial setting, such as production, warehousing, fabrication or construction (preferred)
- Steel or sheet metal manufacturing experience is a bonus, but not essential. Training is provided.
- Comfort with physical work and being on your feet all shift
- Attention to detail, and the ability to read a tape measure and follow work instructions
- A forklift licence (LF) is an advantage
- Your own reliable transport to Eagle Farm for a 6am start
- Steel cap boots and full Australian working rights
