Your Prospect

We’re looking for a passionate Dispatch Technician to join our high-performing Dispatch team on a full-time basis.

This hands-on role combines order processing and administrative tasks with picking, preparing, packing and dispatching orders. Full training will be provided to help you develop the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the role and contribute to the team’s success.





All the training will be provided to ensure that you have the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your role and contribute effectively to the team’s success

The suitable candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Ensure all orders are processed into the approved software for dispatch.
- Review the order for suitability prior to picking.
- Prepare the orders by picking required final products in line with approved SOPs.
- Notify warehouse and team leader of required approved stock in the picking area.
- Update reconciliation forms as needed when rotating final products.
- Dispense orders and apply approved labels to the final products.
- Pack orders as per established protocol.
- Create or print shipping labels for dispatch.
- Ensure products are discarded and disposed correctly following hazard SOPs.
- Locate orders as needed to support administration team.
- Perform transdermal filling processes when required.
- Complete any additional tasks as requested by the Dispatch Team leader or Production Manager.
