At ANZUK, we believe great people belong in roles that matter. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to help grow our permanent Schools recruitment market across South Australia.

This is a senior 360 agency recruitment role for someone with a proven track record of building client relationships, developing new business and delivering high-quality permanent recruitment outcomes.

You’ll benefit from an established brand, existing relationships and ANZUK’s national and international networks. From there, we want you to make the market your own, growing a high-value client portfolio, developing new partnerships and becoming a trusted recruitment adviser to school leaders across South Australia.

What You'll Be Doing

- Own and grow a permanent recruitment portfolio across the South Australian schools market
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive BD, networking, referrals and market engagement
- Develop existing accounts into deeper, long-term recruitment partnerships
- Build trusted relationships with school leaders and senior decision-makers
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client brief through to search, offer and placement
- Develop strong local and international candidate pipelines in a talent-short market
- Provide clients with informed market insights, talent advice and recruitment solutions
- Take ownership of your desk performance, pipeline and growth strategy
- Represent ANZUK in the South Australian education market and help strengthen our network and reputation

What We're Looking For





- Proven experience as a 360 agency Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant
- A strong track record of business development and growing client relationships
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle across both client and candidate activity
- Confidence developing relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Commercial acumen and a strong understanding of what drives a successful recruitment desk
- Demonstrated ability to build candidate networks and deliver in competitive talent markets
- A proactive, consultative approach to identifying and solving client hiring challenges
- Resilience, accountability and the drive to achieve results
- Full, ongoing Australian working rights

Highly regarded

- Experience in permanent recruitment
- Experience building or growing a specialist recruitment desk
- An established professional network across Adelaide or South Australia
- Education or another relationship-led professional recruitment background

You don't need to come from education recruitment. What matters is a strong track record in 360 agency recruitment and the commercial capability to build and grow a market.
