About the role

This is a varied, practical role at the centre of Ignition's day-to-day marketing activity. You'll work closely with dealership teams, OEM partners, agency partners and suppliers, with the support to learn, grow and make a genuine impact. One week you may be coordinating an offer launch or updating the website. The next, you could be supporting a drive day, planning a local partnership, filming a vehicle handover or helping the sales team bring priority stock to market online.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate campaigns that make an impact by translating sales priorities, model launches, finance offers and stock opportunities into clear, well-executed marketing activity, managing briefs, approvals and timelines, maintaining the marketing calendar, and ensuring campaigns are accurately represented across paid channels, CRM, social and showroom channels

- Maintain current, compelling marketing across the customer journey, including website content, landing pages, booking links, vehicle messaging, Google Business Profile, showroom collateral, vehicle listings and promotional material

- Support the planning and creation of engaging content across Ignition's brands, including vehicle arrivals, handovers, test drives, walkarounds, staff stories, customer moments and dealership activity

- Capture and edit quality phone-first content, plan organic social activity and use approved templates and brand guidelines

- Coordinate vehicle launches, drive days, dealership events, sponsorships and community partnerships, from invitations and RSVPs through to staff briefs, signage, content capture and lead collection

- Work alongside the sales, service and parts teams to understand lead quality, customer questions, campaign performance and upcoming priorities

- Support CRM and EDM activity, lead tracking and reporting,



helping surface opportunities and operational gaps that need attention

About you

- Experience in retail, automotive, hospitality or another fast-moving, customer-led marketing environment

- Strong organisational and project-coordination skills

- Confidence across social media, website updates, CRM/EDM and digital marketing

- Practical content creation skills, including filming and editing on a phone, writing captions and working with design templates

- A solid eye for detail and brand presentation

- The ability to build positive working relationships with dealership teams, agencies, suppliers and OEM partners

- Flexibility to support occasional weekend or after-hours events

- Automotive experience is desirable, but not essential
