The Opportunity

We’re looking for new or experienced on-road Solar & Battery Sales Professionals to service the Gold Coast/Brisbane/Toowoomba/Ballina/Sunshine coast and surrounding areas.

This is a contract role with uncapped commissions (Commission-only) and realistic earning potential of $250,000+ OTE. No cold calling. No door-knocking. Just high-intent appointments and a team that knows how to support closers.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Running in-home consultations

- Understanding each homeowner’s energy use and goals

- Recommending tailored solar + battery solutions

- Presenting clear proposals focused on ROI and long-term savings

- Managing contracts and clean handovers to our operations team

- Providing a premium experience that drives referrals and repeat business





What We’re Looking For

- On‑Road Solar & Battery Sales Professional

- Proven track record closing high-ticket, consultative deals

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Professional, ethical and customer-focused approach

- Self-driven, reliable and comfortable working autonomously

- Follow up king/Queen is a must
