IT Support Analyst | Financial Services

The Company

MARS Recruitment is partnering with an established global financial services organisation to recruit an IT Support Analyst for its Perth office.

Working alongside local colleagues and an international technology team, you will help keep users, devices and business applications running smoothly.

The Role

This is a hands-on position focused on desktop, onsite and remote support within a Microsoft 365 setting. It suits someone who enjoys solving everyday technical problems, delivering responsive customer service and taking ownership of issues through to resolution.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing first and second-level support across desktop hardware, software, Windows and Microsoft 365.

- Troubleshooting user issues onsite and remotely, escalating more complex incidents when required.

- Supporting onboarding and offboarding, including device setup, accounts and access.

- Assisting with endpoint management, software installations, updates and patching.

- Supporting business applications,



including learning IRESS and FIX connectivity.

- Maintaining IT equipment records, support documentation and user guidance.

- Working with external vendors and international technology colleagues to resolve issues.

- Assisting with technology upgrades and cybersecurity requirements.

- Providing occasional out-of-hours support where required.

About You

You will bring a solid background in IT support and enjoy working directly with users in a professional environment.

We are looking for:

- Experience in desktop, service desk or onsite IT support.

- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams and desktop hardware.

- Familiarity with Active Directory, user access and endpoint management tools such as Intune.

- Clear communication skills and a responsive, customer-focused approach.

- The ability to prioritise requests and follow issues through to resolution.

- An interest in learning financial services applications and trading technology.

Experience within financial or professional services would be highly regarded. Exposure to virtualisation, networking or server support would also be beneficial.
