Love Cleaning Newcastle is a family-owned premium cleaning business run by a husband-and-wife team. We clean high-end homes during the day and service commercial cleaning contracts at night.

We’re looking for reliable, detail-focused cleaners who take pride in delivering exceptional results. You’ll enjoy hands-on work, communicate confidently in English, commit to full-time hours and take satisfaction in leaving every space genuinely spotless—from sparkling bathrooms to the areas beneath and behind furniture.

Previous experience is highly regarded, but full training, equipment and uniform will be provided.

About the role

You’ll provide premium cleaning services in high-end homes during the day and may support commercial cleaning contracts at night. This is active, detailed work that can involve standing, bending, reaching, scrubbing bathrooms and moving items to clean thoroughly underneath.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms and toilets to a meticulous standard

- Vacuuming, mopping and dusting, including underneath and behind items

- Cleaning windows and detailed surfaces

- Moving suitable items safely to clean around and underneath them

- Completing general domestic and commercial cleaning duties





- Following safety guidelines and procedures

- Communicating clearly with clients, supervisors and team members

- Delivering consistently high cleaning standards

- Working efficiently without cutting corners

The role will begin with a two-week casual probationary period. For the right person, there will be an opportunity to transition to permanent full time work based on reliability and performance.

Cleaning experience is highly regarded, but applicants with little or no experience are encouraged to apply. Full training will be provided. You just have to demonstrate care and commitment to your work.

Essential requirements

- Current driver’s licence

- Reliable transport to travel to client premises

- Unrestricted Australian working rights

- Current police check or willingness to obtain one

- Availability to start as soon as possible
