Job Description

SA Disability Care We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Care Supervisor to oversee NDIS support services for participants across Salisbury and surrounding areas. In this full-time leadership role, you will coordinate care plans, supervise frontline support staff, ensure compliance with NDIS quality standards, and maintain stakeholder relationships.

You will work closely with families, allied health professionals, and external agencies to promote the wellbeing, independence, and inclusion of participants. The role requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and a commitment to person-centred service delivery. and allied health professionals Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Support rostering, risk assessments, and operational planning as required Qualification & experience Diploma or higher qualification in Community Services, Disability, Health Administration, or related field or at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory, team leader, or coordination role within disability or community services Strong knowledge of NDIS requirements, service agreements, and compliance obligations Experience managing staff, service plans, and participant outcomes Excellent communication, documentation, and organisational skills Valid driver’s licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and
