We are seeking a Lead aluminium Welder / Fabricator to join us on the Sunshine Coast.

This is a hands-on role working on custom aluminium gates, screens, and related fabrication projects. The position would suit someone who takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys producing high-quality, custom-built products.

About the role:

- Aluminium welding and fabrication (TIG and MIG)

- Fabrication and Installing of gates, panels, and custom aluminium products

- Reading and working from drawings and measurements

- General workshop duties as required

- Maintaining a clean and safe work setting

About you:

- Qualified Metal Fabricator / Boilermaker

- Proven experience welding aluminium

- Strong fabrication skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards

- White Card preferred (or willingness to obtain)
