We are seeking a Change and Communications Analyst to support a significant business and technology transformation program within a leading organisation.

You will be responsible for:

- Develop and deliver communication plans and stakeholder engagement activities
- Conduct change impact assessments, identify business readiness requirements
- Create engaging communications, training materials, leader briefings and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders and project teams to coordinate change activities
- Monitor change adoption, identify risks and issues, and support continuous improvement

You will have:





- Demonstrated experience as a Change Analyst, Communications Analyst
- Solid experience developing and delivering change communications
- Experience developing business processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments, supporting system implementations
