About the role

ZKS Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Vac Truck Trainee Operator to join our growing team based in Sydney. No experience is required – full training is provided. You will receive a fully paid 12-week training program with one-on-one mentoring from experienced operators, hands-on training across civil construction, telecommunications and underground utilities, and the opportunity to work on major infrastructure projects throughout Sydney.

Key responsibilities

- Operate vacuum truck equipment across civil construction, telecommunications and underground utilities projects

- Work on major infrastructure projects throughout Sydney

- Maintain safety standards and follow protocols on site

- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality in all work activities

About you

- Reliable and punctual

- Eager to learn

- Physically fit and enjoys working outdoors

- Safety focused





- Takes pride in their work

- Has a positive attitude and works well within a team

- Current Australian Driver's Licence (MR or HR Licence ais an advantage but not essential)

- White Card (or willing to obtain)

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
