About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, organised and results-driven marketing professional to take ownership of ORH's brand presence across all digital and traditional marketing channels.

Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives that generate brand awareness, customer engagement and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement ORH's marketing strategy.

- Manage all social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.

- Create engaging photo, video and written content showcasing our products, customers and team.

- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches and promotions.

- Maintain and update the company website with new content, products and case studies.

- Coordinate photography, videography and other external marketing suppliers.

- Produce brochures, flyers, advertisements, email campaigns and promotional material.

- Monitor marketing performance and provide regular reporting and recommendations.

- Support the sales team with professional marketing collateral and customer presentations.

- Ensure all branding remains consistent across the business.

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role you must have:





- Previous experience in a marketing role (essential) within the truck, heavy vehicle, transport, manufacturing or related industry (preferred).

- Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related discipline (essential).

- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and paid social media advertising.

- Demonstrated experience managing business social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns.

- Robust copywriting and content creation skills.

- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design software.

- Experience with WordPress for website management.

- Excellent photography and video coordination skills.

- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- A current Australian Driver's Licence.

Desirable

- Experience in the mining, civil or industrial sectors.

- Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms.

- Basic photography and video editing skills.
