At MO&CO; Landscapes we’re growing, and we’re looking for a Skilled Landscaper to join our construction crew in Brisbane. You’ll work in a small, tight-knit team on high end projects, reporting directly to our director.

The role

- Interpreting 2D landscape concept plans and turning them into quality builds

- Large plant-outs, turfing and garden construction

- Hardscape elements as part of broader projects, including paving, fencing and decking





- Supporting the Landscape Foreman with day-to-day tasks

- Keeping sites secure, clean and organised

What you bring

- 3+ years of hands-on landscape construction experience

- Strong softscape skills, plus hardscape experience

- Ability to read landscape plans and specifications

- Current Australian driver’s licence (MR or above is a bonus)

- White Card

- Pride in quality workmanship and finishing details

- Good communication with your crew, clients and management

Bonus but not essential: a Cert III or IV in Landscape Construction, a trade qualification in landscaping, carpentry or horticulture, or skid steer or excavator tickets.

- $85,000 to $95,000 + super, negotiable for the right person
