About the Role

As a Driver/Facility Worker with Grace Records Management, you will run our daily records delivery and collection route, visiting client sites and making sure their records are handled securely from pick-up to storage. When you are not on the road, you will work as part of our team in our air-conditioned warehouse.

Our clients include some of Australia’s top organisations and government agencies, and you will be the face of Grace at their sites most days. A friendly, professional manner matters as much as your driving.

Key Responsibilities

- Completing daily records delivery and collection runs to client sites

- Dealing with clients face to face and building good working relationships

- Ensuring the secure, confidential handling of client records from collection through to storage

- Completing daily vehicle pre-start checks and keeping the vehicle clean and presentable

- Using scanners and handheld devices to record collections and deliveries

- Loading and unloading cartons, including regular manual handling

- Carrying out warehouse duties, including picking and packing files and safety and compliance checks





About You

Essential:

- A valid driver licence

- Ability to pass a Federal Police check and an NT Police Probity check

- A good level of physical fitness, as the role involves lifting and carrying archive cartons throughout the day

- A friendly, approachable personality and strong communication skills

- A wish to settle into a long-term role and build a career with Grace

- Forklift Licence LF

Preferred:

- Previous driving, courier or transport experience

- Warehouse experience
