Founded by A/Prof. Indika Alahakoon, a renowned Obstetrics and Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist, Aurellia Wellness for Women is built on a vision to redefine women's health and wellbeing by creating a holistic destination for women's wellness.

Bringing together a range of services under one roof, including women's health physiotherapy, pregnancy yoga, massage therapy and specialised wellness programs, Aurellia aims to support women through every stage of their journey. Working closely with Indika and her broader healthcare team, we strive to extend care beyond medical appointments, providing a welcoming and nurturing environment where women feel supported, empowered and cared for.

We are currently seeking a passionate, skilled and skilled Massage Therapist to join our growing team and help us deliver an exceptional, personalised experience that promotes relaxation, wellbeing and self-care for every client.

About the Role

At Aurellia Wellness for Women, our massage services are thoughtfully designed to help women restore, renew and reconnect with their bodies in a calm, nurturing and supportive workplace.

You will deliver personalised treatments across our signature wellness offerings, including Restore & Renew Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Postnatal Recovery Massage, Harmony Massage and Foot Ritual Restorative Massage.



Each treatment is designed to provide a tailored experience that promotes relaxation, comfort, recovery and overall wellbeing.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing high-quality, personalised massage treatments tailored to individual client needs and wellness goals.

- Delivering our signature Restore & Renew Massage, supporting relaxation, muscle tension relief and overall rejuvenation.

- Providing specialised Pregnancy Massage in a safe, comfortable and nurturing environment, with appropriate training and precautions.

- Offering Postnatal Recovery Massage to support relaxation, comfort and recovery following childbirth, within your scope of practice.

- Delivering our Harmony Massage, designed to promote relaxation and support women's overall sense of balance and wellbeing.

- Providing our Foot Ritual Restorative Massage, offering a restorative experience focused on relaxation, comfort and self-care.

- Creating a warm, welcoming and professional experience where every woman feels cared for and supported.

- Maintaining excellent hygiene, treatment room standards, client confidentiality and accurate treatment records.

- Working collaboratively with Aurellia's women's health and allied health practitioners to support a connected, holistic approach to wellness.





- Building positive relationships with clients and encouraging ongoing engagement with Aurellia's services.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Holds a recognised massage therapy qualification.

- Has relevant experience in remedial, relaxation or therapeutic massage.

- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Is professional, reliable, compassionate and client-focused.

- Can work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team.

- Has an interest in women's wellness and, ideally, experience or an interest in pregnancy massage.

Membership with a recognised professional association and appropriate professional indemnity insurance are highly regarded.
