Rich Glen Olive Estate
Yarrawonga
People & Culture Coordinator – Yarrawonga
Grown. Created. Made. Loved.
At Rich Glen, everything begins on our family farm.
What started in 1998, when father and son Franc and Daimien planted over 35,000 olive trees along the Murray River, has grown into a proudly family-owned business creating award-winning food, skincare and gifting products enjoyed across Australia.
From the olives we grow to the products we craft and the experiences we create, we believe the best products come from the best ingredients and the best people.
As Rich Glen continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic People & Culture Coordinator to help create an exceptional employee experience and support the people behind our success.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, this is a varied, hands-on role where you'll work closely with team members and leaders across our business.
From recruitment and employee relations to HR systems, wellbeing and culture initiatives, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact on how we support, develop and engage our people.
We're looking for someone who enjoys balancing the detail and administration of HR with the human side of the role, and who brings fresh ideas, initiative and a passion for continuous improvement.
Full time or Part time (4 days per week) will be considered.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, inductions and the employee lifecycle.
- Provide practical HR support and guidance to team members and leaders.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts and HR documentation.
- Support employee relations, performance management and workplace matters.
- Help ensure compliance with employment legislation, Modern Awards and policies.
- Coordinate training, wellbeing, recognition and engagement initiatives.
- Support HR system improvements, reporting and smarter ways of working.
- Contribute to exciting People & Culture projects as our business grows.
About You
You're approachable, organised and passionate about creating a workplace where people feel supported and valued.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- Previous experience in a People & Culture, HR or Employee Relations role.
- Bachelor Degree, Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR compliance.
- Strong communication skills, sound judgement and the confidence to navigate sensitive conversations.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and confidence using HR systems.
Most importantly, you're proactive, solutions-focused and genuinely enjoy working with people.
Why Rich Glen?
At Rich Glen, you're more than a job title.
You'll join a fast-paced, family-owned business where ideas are welcomed, decisions are made quickly and there's real opportunity to influence how we do things.
What makes this chance different?
