Supporting children through our After School Care and Vacation Care programs, you'll be part of a close-knit service where relationships matter, children are known by name, and every day is an opportunity to make a genuine difference.

About the Role

You'll play an important role in creating a protected, engaging and welcoming environment where children can thrive.

You'll:

- Create a safe, inclusive and child-focused environment
- Deliver engaging play-based experiences that spark creativity, curiosity and fun

About You

We're looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic and passionate about supporting children to be their best selves.

You don't need formal qualifications to make a difference in this role. If you have a genuine passion for working with children and helping the next generation learn, grow and thrive, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll bring:

- A caring, positive and energetic approach
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team
- A commitment to creating safe, inclusive and engaging experiences for children
- A current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)

Qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care, School Age Care or related fields are welcome but not essential. We value attitude, enthusiasm and a genuine commitment to supporting children above all else.
