About the role

Working with the Licensee and management team, you will help oversee the day-to-day operation of the hotel, including leading and supporting staff during shifts, opening and closing the venue, supervising bar and gaming operations, cash handling and end-of-shift procedures, maintaining RSA, RCG and venue standards, handling customer enquiries and issues, and helping maintain high service and presentation standards.

About you

- Hospitality supervisory or management experience

- Robust leadership and customer service skills

- Current NSW RSA and RCG

- Gaming experience or a willingness to learn

- Availability to work nights and weekends

- A reliable, hands-on approach and a positive attitude
