A combination of clinic and community-based work, with flexibility to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.

- Established Speech Pathology Team: Work alongside other Speech Pathologists, including an existing Team Leader who can provide clinical support and guidance.

- Strong Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Access to OTs, Psychologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners and Physiotherapists.

- Ongoing Professional Development: Fortnightly supervision, mentoring and regular CPD opportunities.

- Immediate Caseload: Join an established provider with strong referral demand and an existing client base.

The Role

Based in Rooty Hill, you'll support clients across Western Sydney through a combination of clinic and community-based services.

The caseload is predominantly paediatric, with opportunities to work with adults depending on your clinical interests and experience.

You'll work across a variety of presentations, including:

- Speech sound disorders and articulation

- Language development and communication difficulties

- Literacy and social communication

- Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)

- Swallowing and feeding-related presentations

- Complex communication needs





You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team, ensuring clients receive coordinated and comprehensive support.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a Speech Pathologist who:

- Ideally has a minimum of four years' clinical experience.

- Holds Speech Pathology Australia membership or eligibility.

- Has experience working with NDIS participants.

- Enjoys working collaboratively with other clinicians.

- Is confident managing a clinical caseload independently.

- Wants to continue developing professionally without necessarily moving into management.

- Values a positive workplace culture and supportive leadership.
