We are seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Enrolments Manager to lead our enrolments and admissions function across the Junior School, Senior School and Boarding community. This is a pivotal role responsible for attracting, engaging and guiding prospective families from their first enquiry through to their daughter's commencement at Abbotsleigh.

As the face of the School for many prospective families, you will be a confident ambassador who can build strong relationships, communicate Abbotsleigh's distinctive educational offering and deliver an exceptional enrolment experience.

About the Role

Reporting to the Deputy Headmistress, you will:

- Lead the end-to-end enrolment and admissions process.
- Develop and implement strategies to support enrolment growth and student retention.
- Manage enrolment forecasting, reporting and data analysis.
- Conduct school tours, information sessions and enrolment events.




- Coordinate student interviews, assessments and scholarship processes.
- Promote Abbotsleigh's boarding offering and engage with local, interstate and international families.
- Partner closely with Marketing and Communications to drive enquiry generation and enrolment outcomes.
- Lead and support the Enrolments Officer, fostering a high-performing and service-focused team.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.

About You|Essential Knowledge & Experience

You are a highly organised and professional relationship builder who thrives on creating exceptional experiences for families. You will bring: Experience in enrolments, admissions, customer relationship management, education, marketing or a related field.

- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical and organisational capabilities.
- A customer-centred approach and commitment to service excellence.
- Experience managing competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Confidence using databases, CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Experience within an independent school environment and an understanding of boarding enrolments,



scholarships and school admissions processes will be highly regarded.
