We are currently running a search on behalf of a prominent, national accounting and advisory firm to appoint a new Partner for its Accounting and Tax (Business Advisory) practice in Sydney.

The firm is on a steep growth trajectory, and a senior person is required to add leadership and capacity to the local team. As a Partner you will play a pivotal role in advancing the business strategy and driving the firm's growth. You will be a dynamic leader with a strong growth mindset who is passionate about innovation, client relationship cultivation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

To be considered for this position you should have the following profile:





- 10+ years’ experience in delivering quality Accounting & Tax (Business Advisory) services.
- Familiarity with ‘mid-market’ clients, including SMEs, family businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong business development aptitude, with the potential to source and convert new business.
- People leadership skills and the ability to retain and develop a team.
- Ability to collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Driven and pro-active, with a desire to build a solid practice.
