About the role

This is a new role and a chance to own and grow a territory. You'll be based in our Dubbo office and responsible for both account management and new business, with the full Xerox range available to sell: hardware, software and production. Your territory covers Dubbo, Mudgee, Gulgong and surrounding towns.

Key responsibilities

- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients across the region

- Build long-term relationships through regular reviews and business planning

- Spot upgrade, renewal and cross-sell opportunities

- Work closely with our technical and customer care teams so clients get a first-class experience

- Find and win new clients across commercial, education and government sectors

- Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking and referrals

- Prepare proposals, demonstrate technology from our showroom, present solutions and close deals

About you

- A proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in office technology, IT, telecommunications or a related field

- Experience in both account management and new business development

- A hunter's mindset: confident with cold calling, door-knocking and building relationships from scratch

- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills





- Self-motivation and organisation, with the drive to manage your own territory

- An understanding of production print or document software (highly regarded)

- Local knowledge of the Dubbo and Mudgee region (highly regarded)

- A current driver's licence
