About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant within our Education division, you'll manage end-to-end permanent recruitment processes, partnering with schools and educational organisations to deliver high-quality talent solutions while building long-term client and candidate relationships.

You'll take ownership of your recruitment desk, identifying new business opportunities, managing active vacancies and connecting talented educators with the right career opportunities.

We are looking for someone commercially driven, relationship-focused and motivated by outcomes, bringing:

- Experience in recruitment, sales, account management or business development
- Confidence building relationships with schools, clients and candidates
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills
- Resilience and confidence handling pressure, challenges and rejection




- A proactive mindset with accountability for results and a desire to grow

Agency recruitment experience is highly regarded, but we're also open to high-performing professionals from sales or relationship-driven industries looking to transition into recruitment.

What You'll Be Doing

Client Management & Recruitment

- Manage end-to-end permanent recruitment processes across active vacancies
- Conduct vacancy qualification and manage recruitment briefs with schools and education providers
- Build trusted relationships with clients and understand their ongoing hiring needs
- Deliver candidate shortlists and recruitment outcomes within agreed service levels

Candidate Management

- Source, headhunt, interview and manage high-quality education professionals
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
- Support candidates through interviews, offers, negotiations and placement
- Deliver consistent communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process

Business Development

- Identify and win new client opportunities across the education sector
- Conduct outbound business development, prospecting and relationship-building activities
- Attend client meetings and develop long-term recruitment partnerships
- Re-engage inactive clients, prepare proposals and negotiate terms of business
- Grow existing accounts and increase market share
