The Role

- Supervising crews and subcontractor
- Coordinating earthworks, drainage, concrete, retaining and service installations
- Ensuring plans, scopes and QA documents are followed
- Managing day-to-day site productivity, safety and quality
- Liaising with clients, builders and internal teams
- Tracking progress, forecasting needs and solving problems before they become issues
- Making sure the work is done on time and on budget

The Criteria

- An experienced civil Site Supervisor, or a Leading Hand ready to step up.




- Solid knowledge of earthworks, civil services, drainage and concrete.
- Confident reading drawings, managing crews and organising daily site activities.
- Australian experience delivering industrial or commercial civil packages.
