Experienced Inventory Controller | SAP & CartonCloud | $75K–$85K

About the Role

We are an established medium sized third-party logistics (3PL), transport and warehousing company seeking an experienced, hands-on Inventory Controller to join our team.

Working across multiple warehouse sites in the Perth Airport area, you'll take ownership of inventory accuracy, stock control procedures and resolving discrepancies.

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, work independently and confidently manage inventory operations using SAP and CartonCloud.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inventory accuracy and stock control across multiple warehouse sites.

- Conduct cycle counts, coordinate stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records.

- Investigate stock discrepancies, identify root causes and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues.

- Process stock adjustments, transfers and inventory corrections using SAP and CartonCloud.

- Investigate receiving, dispatch, damaged and missing stock issues.

- Work closely with warehouse managers, administration teams, warehouse staff and customers to resolve inventory matters.

- Review and improve stock control procedures, ensuring they are consistently followed.

- Assist with physical stock movements and warehouse activities when required.

About You

To be successful, you'll need:





- Proven inventory control experience within a warehousing or logistics environment.

- Prior hands-on experience with SAP and CartonCloud is highly advantageous.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

- Current forklift licence.

- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

- Confidence communicating with staff at all levels and addressing inventory issues.

- The ability to work independently, prioritise workloads and take ownership of your responsibilities.

- A proactive, practical approach and willingness to work on the warehouse floor.

This is not an entry-level role. We need someone experienced who can step in, take initiative and manage inventory control with minimal supervision.

- Salary of $75,000 – $85,000, depending on experience.

- Full-time, Monday to Friday position.
