Westgold Resources is seeking an experienced Resourcing Specialist to join our People team and support the recruitment of operational employees across our Western Australian mining operations.

This is a hands-on recruitment role focused on attracting, engaging and onboarding skilled blue-collar talent across maintenance, processing, logistics, and site support functions.

Working closely with leaders across the business, you will play a key role in ensuring critical operational positions are filled efficiently while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Resourcing Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of site-based operational roles. You will partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce requirements, develop sourcing strategies and deliver quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced

environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing through to onboarding
- Partnering with leaders to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities
- Advertising roles and proactively sourcing candidates through multiple channels
- Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinating interviews, reference checks, medicals and onboarding requirements
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future workforce needs
- Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
- Supporting recruitment campaigns, attraction initiatives and careers events
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience from application through to commencement

About You





You are an organised and proactive recruiter who thrives in a high-volume environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both candidates and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- The ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- High attention to detail and solid organisational skills
- Experience recruiting for operational, blue-collar or trade-based positions will be highly regarded
- Experience within mining, resources, construction, logistics or heavy industry will be advantageous
