The Role: Disability Support Worker

- Prompting and supervising personal care routines
- Medication prompting and monitoring
- Supporting meal preparation and domestic tasks
- Community access and recreational activities
- Supporting rehabilitation and exercise programs
- Encouraging independence and daily living skills
- Assisting with study, learning, and goal-based activities
- Transporting the participant to appointments and community activities as required

What You'll Bring

- Certificate III in Individual Support
- Minimum 2 years' experience in disability or complex care
- Previous disability, mental health, youth work, community services,



ABI or TBI support experience
* Current Driver's Licence (essential)
* Reliable vehicle and willingness to transport participants
* Current First Aid & CPR
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Working With Vulnerable People Check (preferred)
* Strong communication and rapport-building skills
* Ability to maintain skilled boundaries and provide person-centered support
