What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take ownership of the restaurant, leading your team and driving business performance.

• Lead the Way: Drive engagement and results with a team of 20–50 legends.
• Own the Operations: Manage rostering, recruitment, stock and compliance with support from your Franchise Partner.
• Develop Your Team: Run regular check-ins, performance conversations and development plans.
• Manage the Numbers: Oversee profit & loss, budgets and KPIs to keep the restaurant performing strongly.
• Champion the Community: Lead our Local Matters program and connect with local groups.
