We are seeking an inspiring and innovative educator to join our academic team in the newly created position of Digital Learning Coordinator.

This 2 point leadership position is an exciting opportunity for a teacher with a passion for digital innovation, contemporary pedagogy and staff development to influence teaching and learning across Years 5–12. Working closely with teachers, faculty leaders and College leadership, you will help shape how technology enhances learning, builds student capability and prepares young people to thrive in an increasingly digital world.

About the Role

As Digital Learning Coordinator, you will be a visible advocate for effective digital learning practice across the College. You will support teachers to confidently embed technology into their classrooms, lead innovation projects, facilitate professional learning and help ensure our students develop the digital literacy skills required for future success.

In this role, you will:

- lead and promote innovative and effective use of digital technologies across Years 5–12

- work alongside teachers and faculties to enhance engagement, learning and assessment practices

- design and deliver impactful professional learning and coaching programs for staff

- drive the responsible and educationally valuable use of emerging technologies, including AI

- lead strategic digital learning initiatives and pilot programs

- foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity and continuous improvement

- strengthen students' digital literacy, digital citizenship and responsible online behaviours.

About You





You are an excellent classroom practitioner who enjoys helping others grow and improve their practice.

You will bring:

- current NESA accreditation and demonstrated success as an educator

- a strong understanding of contemporary digital pedagogy

- experience leading initiatives that improve teaching, learning or student outcomes

- the ability to inspire, coach and build the capability of colleagues

- excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- a practical, solutions-focused mindset and enthusiasm for innovation

- a commitment to student wellbeing, child safety and the values of Catholic education.
