About the role

You'll be part of a two-person installation crew, working out of our Braeside HQ and servicing high-end properties across Melbourne. There may be some interstate work from time to time. Our production team handles all manufacturing to custom specifications — your role is to bring the design to life on-site, ensuring every door is installed to the highest standards of functionality and finish.

Key responsibilities

- Installing custom ARA garage doors and automation systems

- Preparing, loading, and organizing materials for each job

- Ensuring installs meet all specifications and quality standards

- Using power tools, hand tools, and lifting equipment safely and efficiently

- Troubleshooting and servicing where necessary

- Keeping your van and workspace organized and presentable

- Working closely with your teammate to ensure installs are efficient and safe

About you

- Take pride in their work and attention to detail

- Be reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a team





- Have a good level of fitness

- Hold a driver's license (manual preferred) and Yellow Card (Elevated Work Platform)
