No commute. No driving between clients. Genuine flexibility

We're partnering with an established national telehealth allied health provider to recruit Speech Pathologists for an exciting opportunity to work 100% remotely from anywhere in Australia.

The organisation has been delivering telehealth services nationally for approximately 10 years and already has a large, established team of 85+ allied health clinicians.

Unlike some remote opportunities where you might find yourself working independently without much clinical support, you'll be joining an established Speech Pathology team with several clinicians already on board.

You'll also have access to an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist with 20+ years of clinical experience, providing mentoring, supervision and guidance.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to enjoy the lifestyle benefits of working from home while remaining part of a supportive and experienced clinical team.

Why this role stands out.

- 100% remote – work from anywhere in Australia!

- Majority paeds with some exposure to adults if you're interested

- $85,000–$110,000 + super, depending on experience

- Flexible working hours across a broad operating window

- Full-time permanent position

- Part-time considered for clinicians with strong relevant experience

- Established Speech Pathology team with several clinicians already working within the service

- Exceptional clinical support from a Senior Speech Pathologist with 20+ years' experience

- Established national organisation with approximately 10 years of telehealth experience

- 85+ allied health clinicians across the wider organisation

- Established telehealth systems and infrastructure already in place

- No requirement to relocate – work from wherever you call home

- Training, mentoring and professional development to support your ongoing clinical growth

Remote doesn't have to mean unsupported.

One of the biggest considerations when moving into a fully remote role is whether you'll have the clinical support around you to succeed.

Here, you will!

You'll be joining an established Speech Pathology team with several clinicians already delivering services through telehealth.

The team also includes an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist with 20+ years of clinical experience, who can provide clinical guidance, supervision and mentoring.

Importantly, the organisation already knows how to make telehealth work.

With approximately 10 years of experience delivering allied health services remotely, and an established national workforce of more than 85 clinicians, the technology, systems and operational structure are already in place.

You get the lifestyle benefits of working independently from home without feeling like you're working alone.

Your role

You'll deliver Speech Pathology services through a fully remote telehealth model, supporting clients and families across Australia.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting Speech Pathology assessments and therapy sessions via telehealth

- Developing individualised therapy plans tailored to client needs

- Building strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families

- Collaborating with other clinicians within the Speech Pathology team

- Completing clinical documentation and reports

- Working within an established service delivery model and KPI framework

- Participating in supervision, mentoring and professional development opportunities

You'll have the prospect to focus on delivering meaningful clinical care without spending hours travelling between appointments.

Who we're looking for

We're particularly interested in Speech Pathologists who have:

- Relevant Speech Pathology qualifications and eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia membership

- Ideally 2+ years of clinical experience

- Previous private practice experience

- At least some experience delivering telehealth services

- Experience working within a KPI-based environment

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Confidence managing their workload independently

- A reliable home working environment

- A genuine interest in delivering high-quality therapy through telehealth

Most importantly, we're looking for clinicians who genuinely enjoy telehealth and can see themselves working remotely for the long term.

Full-time candidates are preferred, although part-time arrangements may be considered for clinicians with strong relevant experience who can transition into the role with less intensive training.

Start date

The organisation is interviewing now and ideally looking for someone to commence in November 2026.

However, they also understand that some clinicians may prefer to finish the year with their current employer and make a fresh start in January or February 2027.

Both options can be discussed!

Given how popular fully remote allied health opportunities can be, we'd encourage interested clinicians to start the conversation sooner rather than later.

Even if you're not looking to commence until next year, there's no reason you can't explore the opportunity now, meet the team and determine whether it's the right fit.

Interested?

Click Apply Now and we'll be in touch to organise a confidential conversation.

Alternatively, reach out to Voxx Recruitment to learn more about the opportunity before deciding whether you'd like to proceed.

Fully remote Speech Pathology roles with an established clinical team and this level of flexibility don't come around every day.

If you've been considering transitioning into telehealth, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for!

All enquiries are treated confidentially.
