Job Summary n
We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Domain Consultant with over 20 years of experience in Banking and Financial Services, particularly within Institutional (B2B) Banking. The individual will serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leadership, driving strategic transformation initiatives, business process modernization, operating model enhancements, and large-scale transition programs across the banking ecosystem
Key Responsibilities n
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience working with global banking organizations, demonstrate solid stakeholder management capabilities, and have a proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation and change initiatives.



Experience working with ANZ Banking environments or similar Tier-1 global banks will be highly preferred.
Skill Requirements n

Deep expertise in Institutional (B2B) Banking / Corporate Banking
n
Proven experience leading Transformation Programs and business change initiatives
n
Strong experience managing
Transition/Migration
Programs in banking environments
n
Exceptional Stakeholder Management with ability to engage CXO and senior leadership
n
Strong understanding of Banking Operations, Payments, Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Lending
n
Excellent communication, consulting, and executive presentation skills
