Job Description
Monash Health is seeking a dedicated Social Worker, Grade 2, for the Child & Family Program in Cranbourne, VIC. This part time role (0.6 EFT, 22.8 hours/week) involves psychosocial assessment, counselling and advocacy for children and families with complex needs.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team across community sites, providing outreach and coordinated care, including navigating NDIS and other services. AASW eligibility and SW qualifications are required.
