About the Role

We are seeking caring, reliable and motivated Catering Staff to join our team and help deliver quality meals and a positive dining experience for our residents.

Every meal you help prepare and serve plays an important role in our residents' day, providing comfort, connection and enjoyment.

No previous experience? No problem! If you bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine care for others, we will provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with meal preparation, plating and service to residents.





- Deliver meals in a friendly, respectful and professional manner.

- Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic kitchen and dining environment.

- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.

- Assist with stock management and work collaboratively with the Catering Team to provide a positive dining experience.

About You

We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable and enjoys working as part of a team. Most importantly, you will share our commitment to providing quality service and making a difference in the lives of older Australians.

To be successful, you will have:

- A caring, friendly and respectful approach to working with older people.

- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.

- Reliability, teamwork and a willingness to learn.

- Availability to work weekends.

- Willingness to obtain a Level 1 Food Safety Certificate.

- Previous hospitality, food service or kitchen experience is desirable but not essential.

- Full Australian working rights. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

- A valid and clear National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one.

- Not be subject to a banning order under the Aged Care Act.
