What You’ll Do:

Make outbound calls to new donors who have signed up for regular giving, welcome them warmly, thank them for their support, and offer to answer any questions they may have.

Provide clear, friendly, and helpful information about the donation process, payment schedule, and how donors can manage or update their giving if needed.

Ensure donors feel appreciated, confident, and informed - building trust and reinforcing how incredible their decision to donate is.

Handle any questions, concerns, or clarifications with calm professionalism and empathy.

Maintain accurate donor records and notes, and update information as needed.





Collaborate with team members in fundraising, admin, and support as needed.

You will be a great fit if you:

Are friendly, empathetic, patient, and genuinely enjoy talking with people and helping them feel valued.

Are comfortable making outbound calls and confident speaking in a warm but professional tone.

Can listen carefully, communicate clearly, and answer questions patiently.

Are organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable using a computer to record information accurately.

Are willing to work flexible schedule in response to changing workload demands.

Have experience in tele-fundraising or face-to-face fundraising, which would be a strong advantage.
