About the Role

We are looking for reliable and professional Dental Receptionists to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. This position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a rewarding dental environment, with access to professional development and training. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet patients, visitors, and staff warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression
- Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate appointment bookings and communicate patient requirements effectively with the clinical team
- Prepare treatment plans and process payments, including health fund rebates




- Maintain accurate patient records and provide comprehensive administrative support
- Ensure the smooth operation of the clinic, including restocking supplies and adhering to occupational health and safety and infection control standards
- Work independently while contributing effectively to a cooperative team environment

What We Are Looking For

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong rapport with patients
- Previous experience in administration, business support, or customer service
- Professional presentation, strong organisational skills, and meticulous attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a positive and customer-focused attitude
