Audika, part of Demant, is seeking a Customer Care Representative in Australia to join the Customer Growth Team. This permanent role focuses on helping customers through conversations that improve lives through better hearing.
The position is full time with Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00 plus one fortnightly shift for NZ clients. After training, you may work from home one day every two weeks; after probation, two work-from-home days per week.
