Job Description
Graceford, a 68-bed residential aged care facility, is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join a friendly, supportive team. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will deliver person-centred care and collaborate with families and the multidisciplinary team.

Key duties include clinical interventions within enrolled nurse scope, updating care plans, promoting resident independence, documenting changes, and supporting infection control and safety.
