We are looking for a Property Management Assistant to join our growing and supportive Rental Department at Barry Plant Lilydale. We are a high-performing team that values support, teamwork and career development.

About the role: -
n
Full time – Monday to Friday – 9am – 5pm
n
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the portfolio while working closely with our Leasing, BDM & Administration teams.
n
Your responsibilities will include:-
n
Managing a portfolio from tenancy commencement through to vacate
n
Maintaining and building strong relationships with rental providers and renters
n
Handling compliance, tenancy matters and arrears
n




Maintaining accurate records and providing a high level of service
n
What you must have: -
n
Hold a current Australian Drivers Licence and Agent's Representative Certificate
n
Robust organisation and time management skills with a proactive approach
n
Confidence dealing with rental providers, renters and trades
n
Strong attention to detail
n
A collaborative mindset and willingness to support others
n
