You will support customers, service agents and contractors on warranty matters with a focus on accuracy and empathy.The role runs 10:30am–2:30pm, with duties including calls and emails handling, ticketing and invoicing, and coordinating urgent repairs, owning the end-to-end warranty repair process to ensure smooth service delivery.
