Douglas Partners Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced HSE Business Partner to join our Sydney Head Office. Reporting to the Health, Safety and Workplace Manager, you will implement and maintain our HSE Management System across operations, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
This 12-month contract role covers field operations, staff training, incident investigations, workers' compensation and return-to-work programs, with a national travel requirement to project sites as needed.
