A well-established Sunshine Coast residential construction company is seeking a Construction Estimator to join their team in a production estimating role.

This position involves preparing accurate cost estimates for residential construction projects, reviewing plans and specifications, obtaining supplier pricing, and working closely with the construction team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.

We are looking for someone with previous estimating experience in residential construction, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret building plans. A positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company long-term is essential.

Key Requirements

Experience as a Construction Estimator (residential preferred)

Ability to read and interpret building plans





Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Good communication and teamwork skills

Own the role and must be confident to work independently

A genuine desire to build a long-term career on the Sunshine Coast
