Fuse Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Service Desk Support Officer to support around 1,500 staff across devices, applications and multiple sites.
The role is hybrid, based in Cheltenham ), with a 6-month contract and a rate of $ph plus super.You will manage tickets via email, phone and walk-up, provide Level 1 support, onboard/offboard users, create accounts and deploy devices while assisting with AV and meeting room tools.
