You will provide support to people with disabilities to live as independently as possible, with a mix of days, afternoons and sleepover shifts as part of a permanent roster.The role involves helping clients achieve daily living goals, personal care where needed, meal planning and community activities, while maintaining a protected, respectful workplace.
