Western NSW Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist - Wellbeing & Health In-Reach Coordinator in Walgett, NSW. The role supports identification and coordination of health, wellbeing and social needs for school-aged children and young people, coordinating care across local schools to optimise outcomes.

The position is a Temporary Full Time appointment up to February 2027, with 38 hours per week and salary in the $128,300–$132,523 pa range plus superannuation and salary
