Ampol Limited is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the people side of the Commercial Fuels & Energy division’s Operating Model Transformation, a strategic multi-year program. Based in Alexandria, Sydney, on a 12-month max-term contract, you will partner with senior leaders to drive readiness and adoption across people, processes, and technology.

Hybrid working, robust stakeholder engagement and practical delivery of change interventions are essential to success in this role.
